Welcome to Canyon Grill! Our story begins in Portland, Oregon, at an unconventional location off of Canyon Road. This charming little building was originally the site of Portland’s first Dairy Queen, which served the community for decades.
In 2007, Perry and Opal saw potential in this historic spot and transformed it into the Canyon Grill, offering delicious, hand-crafted burgers, sandwiches, salads, and more. Over the next 17 years, they poured their passion and care into building a beloved neighborhood restaurant, serving thousands of delicious meals every year.
In 2024, Perry and Opal made the decision to retire, passing the torch to Zach and Katy Brumbelow and their family. Guided by prayer and a desire to honor the Grill’s legacy, Zach and Katy have continued to serve the same amazing food with the warmth and hospitality Canyon Grill is known for.
